Super excited
Went in sore and stiff and came out so calm and relax. Kinda wanted to fll asleep afterwards.
I love my stretch sessions. Brandon is amazing and listens to what I say about areas that need a bit more attention: sciatica stretches are great . I always feel awesome when I leave and ready to tackle the week.
At the Stretch Zone they have all been great at helping me navigate through tough aches and pains.
