AFTER MY FREE SESSION YESTERDAY, HAD A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP WHICH I HAD NOT FOR A LONG TIME.
When I went in for a 'free' session, I was strong-armed the whole time to sign up for a recurring plan. I did not want this as I was just trying to see if it worked for my issues. I told the person where my issues were and he kept changing it and saying where he thought my issues were. My back and neck hurt, not my hips. I have been coming here since they opened. My body is much more flexible. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive to my bodies sensitivity. I can’t stretch myself to the degree they can. I highly recommend StretchZonr In Melbourne on Wickham Rd. I feel much healthier. Anne Parks Mitchell
I signed up for 12 sessions at Stretch Zone in Mt Brook . I can honestly say that I really looked forward to going to my appointments because after I left, I felt the stretching relieved my overall tightness in my hip flexors and IT bands . The staff is great. They know what they are doing and are professional and friendly. I recommend going to Stretch Zone and trying it out. It certainly helped me.
