First time in today. Would definitely go again. I felt more open in my chest and shoulders after the 30 minute session. Rucio was knowledgeable, kind, and opened my eyes to what I need to do to help my body.
Kaniya is just the best. I really like how outgoing and upbeat she is.
Everyone is so kind at the Jonesville location. I received a stretch from Anthony. He was very thorough with his assessment. He explained what he was doing and where I should feel it and told me which muscles were tight and could benefit from additional stretching

I’ve been coming to Stretch Zone for a few months now, and I must say it has made a difference. I was suffering from sciatica, which at the time I didn’t know that’s what was plaguing me. The staff is awesome and friendly. I would definitely recommend you to take a visit if you want your body felling better!
