This place really helps me with stretching to improve my mobility. I am a 60-year-old golfer, and I wish I could go every day! People are professional! Recommended.
As a dancer, I am really enjoying my stretching sessions. It is getting me back in shape to compete again. This is a pain-free service that golfers, tennis players, and cheerleaders, to name a few, can benefit from. I feel GREAT after each session. I highly recommend trying it and seeing for yourself.
