Terrible experience! My husband signed up 11/26/2024 and paid $324 at the Melbourne, FL location. I called 12/4/2024 to cancel yet a $324 automatic draft was withdrawn from our account 12/30/2024. I called 1/3/2025 and was given the hardest time and told my refund request for the second draft would be escalated to a Regional Manager to get my $324 back. We have been able to get in one decent session. The rest were either cut short, canceled or the had scheduling mishaps on there part. Last one was moved to a different time then canceled while we were in the parking lot. Don’t waste your money
Thieves at best. Paid for membership and was told that we could cancel at anytime; that was a lie. No one ever answered the phone to schedule appointments and when I asked to cancel I was given the biggest run around. I was told their policy changed, in the middle of our membership, and that I would have to do this and that, of which none of it worked.
