After telling them not to have a recurring monthly bill I still got charged $360 - not happy with shady business practices
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY RIP YOU OFF AND NEVER LET YOU CANCEL. CANNOT EVEN TALK WITH AN OWNER
Horrible experience. Brittney T the distract manager has been no help. I have been robbed of $2200 from a franchise store. This company has zero care about their clients she has basically passed the problem to the franchisee. This particular store in Sarasota has been charging me monthly but is never open. The corporate office does not care to refund me or compensate me any way for the theft. I was awaiting a call back from the franchisee. Britney has not answered the line today.
Disappointing . Start to finish , unprofessional! Rude. Corporate v mail full ., not surprising that free offer. I would’ve gladly paid to avoid this horrible experience
