TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNETHICAL. A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL SHOULDN'T BE SHADY. I BOUGHT A PACKAGE AND GOT HURT WITH A FREE SESSION. I NEVER USED THE PACKAGE AND WANT MY MONEY BACK. IT'S BEEN 6 WEEKS AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE. ARNWAR SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. I WILL KEEP COMPLAINING UNTIL I RECEIVE MY MONEY.

Horrible experience. Brittney T the distract manager has been no help. I have been robbed of $2200 from a franchise store. This company has zero care about their clients she has basically passed the problem to the franchisee. This particular store in Sarasota has been charging me monthly but is never open. The corporate office does not care to refund me or compensate me any way for the theft. I was awaiting a call back from the franchisee. Britney has not answered the line today.
