I didn't even get to experience the place, I booked an appointment for Saturday and it was cancelled the day before without explanation and then they're going to tell me to call them when I'm ready to schedule again. Why would I do that when I was ready for Saturday.
I canceled my membership with Stretch Zone Western Springs in July, yet I’m still being charged $324/month—two months in a row. Despite multiple calls and assurances, nothing has been resolved. My last phone call ended with me being placed on hold and never picked back up. I expect immediate cancellation of charges and a refund of the past two months. Corporate attention is needed since the local team has not addressed this issue.
Entire team was great, and professional. The manager Wesley very knowledgeable and supportive. I benefited alot with sessions and my mobility improved and pain was reduced!!
STAY AWAY FROM STRETCH ZONE AT ALL COSTS. THEY OVER BILL AND CONTINUE BILLING AFTER CANCELATION. I'VE BEEN CALLING AND GETTING THE RUNAROUND BY WESLEY FOR 3 MONTHS OVER A $160 CREDIT THEY OWE US. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE RIPOFF!
I love & appreciate how the Stretch Zone has made my body feel. I so enjoy the love & energy at the Western Springs location. Thank You All
