I must confess I tried Stretch Zone because of the free stretch & I'm so glad I did! I'm 66 and have lower back pain & was stumbling. I'm no longer stumbling & it eases my lower back pain. It amazed me at the difference in how my body feels after my stretches. Ya'll got to give them a try!
