Had such a great experience with StretchZone in Kildeer! We recently hosted a networking event there & the team was incredible to work with from start to finish. Katelyn was just amazing. I booked her for my husband and myself after reading reviews online AND we were not disappointed. Tough my husband didn't feel much difference (he didn't have pain either going in), I went in with lot of lower back pain and came out almost pain free ... Contemplating membership ... Will see how it goes.
I really wanted to give this business a chance, but in two days while I was at work, they text messaged me nine times to confirm an appointment I already have, and called me twice. I just started a new job and can’t be bothered while I’m working I told If I got one more text, I was gonna cancel, and not only did I get another text, but I got a phone call as well
Under new management! I have been going there for a few years and then all sorts of problems arose. Just got a call today offering a free stretch to come back and that the issues have been resolved. I am excited to return! And appreciate the phone call and explanation.
