I had a wonderful experience. I believe having someone help me with my stretching will increase my mobility and range of motion. I have dealt with mobility issues and After my first free session with Melanie I felt really good and my back pain was noticeably less. Looking forward to my next session!!!
Stretch Zone is great! Melanie especially always gives me such a great stretch. She listens to me and gives me all the stretches I need at the level I need to increase flexibility and range of motion. She’s even shown me some moves I can do at home to achieve even better results!
Went in for my third visit and I could tell my flexibility was improving in just three sessions. Also, when I wake up in the morning, I’m not a stiff and my mobility has improved a lot.. Look forward to my next session.
I just completed my second session and I can tell a big improvement in how my body is able to function. Usually when I wake up each morning I am stiff and move like an old man but there is less stiffness now and my mobility is much better. I have signed up for one of their packages (good deal) and I plan to be a life long customer. When you are over the age of 50 stretching is just as important as working out or eating a balance diet. It doesn't matter who you see. They all are professional, experienced and skilled in stretching you thoroughly! I can sleep better, move better and stand taller. Let's not forget the pain relief that I'm getting at each and every visit. The Stretch Zone is more than just stretching it's physical therapy!
