I’ve been going to Stretch Zone for well over a year now. My mobility, flexibility, balance, and general health has been greatly improved. While I’ve had many of their stretch technicians work on me, Taylor is my go to. She has gotten to know how things work and don’t work for me. She works around knee and other issues to make each stretch the best it can be. I look forward to each time I go in and am greeted so warmly by Tammy and the rest of the staff. Taylor was incredible! I have been to 4 different stretch zones & she was by far the best I have experienced! Some techs seem to rush& hurry so they can get to next appointment….not her. I was thinking about changing my routine & using a personal trainer closer to my location but thought I would try & see if that was the right overall decision? So glad I did Marty
