It was a wonderful experience. Atmosphere was pleasant, technicians very professional and knowledgeable. The stretching felt good and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone who's body feels tight. Upper and lower body. I did once a week for 1 hour X 4 weeks. Would continue with the session except the commute was further than I'd like to drive.
First time here for practitioner assisted stretching. I absolutely loved it and feel so much better after just one consultation and visit. Anais is so professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
