Visited many times and recommend this facility to anyone serious about improving their range of motion and flexibility. Brielle is phenomenal and personable and will bend you like a pretzel, after a few sessions you feel like it becomes part of your weekly workout routines, no doubt , amazing!!

Two weeks into stretch session is showing progress. I feel better, run better and sleep better. Bri is awesome. So glad I did this.
Brielle was fantastic, flowing in between the stretches was seamless. The hold on the stretch was good long enough to allow the release. The stretches were deep enough to experience benefits. Both managers were very concerned with my being satisfied.
Cedric is amazing ! I feel like I can breathe again once I finish with my appointments . He performs the exact stretches that body needs on any given day!
