I've been going to Stretch Zone since last summer, and every session with Katelyn has been fantastic. It is super relaxing and great for improving flexibility and easing muscle tension. Michael met me on time. The stretch session was my first and he was very gentle and thorough. I didn't experience any discomfort because he seemed to sense when my limits were reached. Michael did a great job and I've made a second appointment with him.
