I’ve been going here for a few years now and I really like it. I find it difficult to stretch on my own honestly. Going here also stretches muscles that are very difficult to stretch on your own. Everybody is really nice and skilled.
Although the stretch team is great, Stretch Zone, as an organization, has terrible customer service. The subscription cancelation process is very confusing. I thought I had canceled my subscription through the app, but later found that the subscription was not in fact canceled. The manager, Ryan, was very unsympathetic and refused to give a refund. I have now been here twice. It was so amazing the first time, I signed up for 3x a week. I eagerly anticipate my next appt. The stretching fills me with endorphins, the practitioners are...friends, too, I like to think. So I get to talk to them. On days that I don't have an appt I start my day with YouTube video stretches. But really I'd like to come to Stretch Zone in Clarksville 7 days/wk.

This is the first time I've been here in quite awhile, but I informed my stretcher, Michael, about what was ailing me and he did a FANTASTIC job doing everything for that half-hour!!!!
