I didn't realize how bad I needed this until I went in for a stretch. I'd been suffering from sciatica and some good deep stretches really helped. Pro Tip: try a few different practitioners as they are all a little different. I’ll suggest Katelyn! She is great!!

Stretch zone is the stretch I never knew I needed! Customer service is great, easy to schedule and reschedule appointments, and a variety of plans that accommodate even the busiest schedules. I always leave feeling better in my body and I can get back to my life activities with ease. I highly recommend for anyone that is active or sedentary! Your body will thank you! Dmitri and Katelyn are amazing “stretchers” and keep me coming back!
They do a great job! Staff is super friendly. Only wish the had a receptionist to be able to take with a human and not hear the phone ring constantly.
Have been going to stretchzone for about a year and highly recommend. The staff is friendly and well trained. Works well with all fitness levels. Highly recommend.
