My range of motion was off in my shoulders, but since I been going to Stretch Zone. It feel like I got a new shoulder

Just what my orthopedist ordered! I hadn’t been able to straighten my legs out completely for a couple of years now, but i’m getting close to being able to do so now. My Orthopedist told me that my leg muscles were too tight and needed to be stretched and loosened. It’s working!
It feels so good to be stretch in this professional manner. Targeting well needed areas to enhance mobility and wellness. I didn't know I needed it until I tried it and WOW what an improvement to my posture, movements and breathing, yes, breathing, I stand and sit taller and breathe deeper. TRY IT!!! Staff is Amazing
I did the free stretch session with Alex and I didn’t know what to expect. Alex was very professional and removed a lot of tension from my shoulders which is my worse area of tension. I would definitely recommend it, I feel after a few consistent sessions you’ll also notice the change in your flexibility. I noticed the stretches got deeper and deeper. Love that they have it where you can try it out for free before paying for the membership.
