My experience with Christine was amazing . She’s very helpful and patient with the stretches . They have great plans available ready for you when you are ready to join .

The shoulder stretch left me with bilateral injuries and the predatory contract left me about $1000 out of pocket. If you suspend the contract they automatically renew it after 3 months. The rude manager shouted at me about an email notification from “headquarters” but I received no such notification. Was not able to sort things out with her. Very unpleasant interaction. Buyer beware. No response from HQ either.
