Dakota Cook helped me greatly with sciatic nerve pain that popped up after a chiropractic adjustment. Just one 30minute session with him minimized that pain better than any chiropractor! I cannot thank Dakota enough for giving me such relief going into this holiday season.

Amazing! I'd been battling leg stiffness for the past 3 weeks and had to travel. It got to the point that my legs bothered me so much, I could not get a good night's rest. Thankfully, a couple of sessions with Jonathan T this week and the stiffness is gone. Jon Trimm and the crew at Stretch Zone are excellent! I highly recommend them for overall maintenance as well as target areas. Go and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed!
