I am attending Stretch Zone since end February, 2026. They do an excellent job with well trained professionals. They can pinpoint the discomfort locations exactly, and help with the stretching of exact muscles. I attended an one hour session with their Ms. AJ Wallace on 16th March. I had some acute pain at one location of my knee. It's gone after the session. Just amazing. It looks, there one hour sessions are more effective.
I went in on Monday to meet with the manager and see if they could help me. I’ve been in pain for almost a year. Insurance delayed my treatment and I had so much pain from my muscles protecting my spine. I finally had a spine injection and the specialist said I needed to get some relief for my muscles. I found Stretch Zone and in just four days I have found relief! Going every day has been a blessing. Everyone I have seen has helped me. Looking forward to my appointment tomorrow!

Third visit to Stretch Zone, they respect your level of comfort with stretches and it is a welcoming environment. I notice improvement in my joint pain already!
