I had a terrible experience with the employees over the phone when scheduling. Jonathon was especially rude. Upon reading the reviews, some bait-and-switch tactics are being employed, along with a lot of bad manners from employees.
Jonathon does a great job of listening to what my needs for the day are and ensuring that he implements the necessary stretches to hit my trouble areas!
I've benefited greatly from my sessions at Stretch Zone. The entire staff has been incredibly professional, friendly, and amazing at what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for improved flexibility, reduced muscle stiffness, better posture, and overall stress relief.
The assisted stretching was excellent, and my practitioner Dylan was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He focused on my specific needs and gently worked on the areas that required the most attention. I highly recommend his services.
UPDATE: It's now been over a year that I've received practitioner-assisted stretches once weekly from Stretch Zone and WOW! I was so encouraged after the first and second stretch, but that was NOTHING like how I feel now! My stride is longer. I don't want up with hip or back pain.
