My experience with Stretch Zone is amazing. I'm walking, going up stairs much easier and lower back pain has reduce. Staff are professional and love the flexible hours throughout week as well as weekends.
I came to check out stretchzone to see how beneficial it would be for my mobility, and it really surprised me. The stretches will release tension and help gain flexibility. Great for anyone. I had an amazing experience with Kenzie and Joseph, they were so kind and welcoming. The place is very clean and personal. Highly recommend
I have been going to this location for over 100 visits. Jonah is fantastic! I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. He knows his profession and is a very kind and so easy to talk to. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Give Stretch Zone a try - you won't regret the decision.

I was referred by someone else to the Stretch Zone, and didn’t know what it was but figured I would give it a try. Kierra and MacKenzie helped me and both of them were very warm and welcoming. The assisted stretching was helpful to get into deeper stretches than I could on my own. It’s something that could be very useful to add to a routine overall wellness plan. Also, my appointment was on Sunday so they are very flexible with scheduling too!
