I first started going to Stretch Zone Lake Nona a couple weeks before I was to head to Spain to walk the Camino de Santiago. I was dealing with knee and hip pain from overtraining. Bryant V. is very knowledgeable. He listens to my concerns and provides targeted stretching based on what my body needs. The sessions have improved my mobility and helped reduce pain and stiffness. I highly recommend Stretch Zone.
Short version - I canceled my service more than 30 days out, but they are still going to unapologetically charge me an extra $360 (beyond the $360 I already paid after canceling) because I didn't fill out their survey. Longer version - I signed up, then got stuck on the road for work and couldn't consume the credits as fast as they were accumulating. Asked for a pause, but they don't do pauses.
