I have been going to stretch zone for over 4 years and have over 120 stretches. I have a medical condition that stiffens my spine and stretching has enable signifying flexibility and movement. I recently had a constant muscle pain in hip, after two sessions it was completely worked out and no pain and full movement.
Love this place. They are super friendly and very professional. They have helped me with some back / hip issues and I am moving much better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
Hannah was the best! She really knows he stuff.. She listens and Understands her patients needs snd is very attentive.
The team is very professional and friendly. They take their time in evaluating you and physical abilities and set up a program from there. I’ve gone back for different issues over the past 3 years and have had great success each time. I usually feel a big difference after the 2nd visit. I give it 5 stars!
This place is invaluable to improving one’s health. Flexibility is key, especially as one gets older.
