This did help my pinched nerve and herniated disc.
We decided to start our journey to better fitness and we both thought that Stretch Zone would be a good place to begin. We were both very pleased with the office staff and the trainers. It's easy to schedule appointments so we can go together and everything is in a well-lit, clean open room. My trainer for two sessions now has been Mandy - she talks me through the stretches and is very pleasant and courteous. We are glad that Stretch Zone helped us get started toward better fitness.
Definitely helped decrease low back pain.
