Andrea is AMAZING! I feel so loose and relaxed. A stretch session always helps those tensed areas; especially when you work at a desk for hours. Thank you Andrea for getting me back on track!
Steven has been very good with stretching some areas that were a problem for me. I cannot compliment him enough as to how he has helped with only 3 sessions completed.

I would absolutely recommend Mandy from the Stretch Zone in Bluffton. After having both knees replaced 4 years ago it is extremely important to me to maintain movement so i can continue to play with my grandchildren on the floor. After having been a caregiver for my dad the past two years i recognize my calf, hamstring, low back and even shoulders had gotten tight and stiff.
