Mandy and Steven are two of the best I’ve ever seen!!
Steven does a great job stretching both lower and upper body. I feel the tension release after each session. I don't have the ache in my shoulder and lower back, which is an improvement!
I'm approaching 80 and the stretching I'm receiving at Strech Zone is amazing! I feel more like 60! As we get older, stretching becomes more and more important!
