Jasmin is outstanding. Gait and posture improves significantly after every session. I swear i even breath easier afterwards!
First time here. Was a walk in. Was so lucky Austin was available. I signed up for a small package and he went to work. Not only gave me a great stretch but gave me a lot of great advice and information. Place was clean and welcoming. Definitely a place to visit if you want to make stretching a part of you health regimen.
I have been there twice so far and will be making it a weekly routine. Austin is professional and friendly. I have been dealing with lower back pain and the stretching sessions are working to alleviate that pain. I would recommend these sessions to anyone dealing with any type of muscle soreness or pain.
