Today was my first time, and I didn't know what to expect. My stretcher was Cali, and she was very professional. She did a great job on my legs and hips as well as getting my lower back to POP. I will be having her stretch me again and looking at making this a bi-weekly experience. I do not stretch enough before and after the gym, and this should help with my flexibility and hopefully gains at the gym. I highly recommend her. Next time, I am going to shoulders and possibly chest stretches.
