Mary at Stretch Zone Lenexa is amazing!! She works very collaboratively and intentionally to maximize the stretches in order to achieve my goals. I've noticed improved flexibility an end to numbness I had experienced in my leg due to muscle tension that wasn't helped by yoga, massage or chiropractic care.
I have issues with tightness and stiffness in my lower body and after my appointment with Stretch Zone I feel so much better.
Was really stiff and sore before visiting. Alexa did a great job relieving the pain. Felt really good after the session.
Great place to stretch, you forget how important it is to stretch.
Kirk at stretch at the 95 street location has been helping me for the past 2 years. My body has responded well in my knees and back. I suggest you try stretch if you having aches , pains and losing flexibility as we age . Well worth the investment in yourself.
