Great place to stretch, you forget how important it is to stretch.
Kirk at stretch at the 95 street location has been helping me for the past 2 years. My body has responded well in my knees and back. I suggest you try stretch if you having aches , pains and losing flexibility as we age . Well worth the investment in yourself.

I was going here for about 6 months. I had an appointment that was at 9am until 930am. I have a Garmin GPS watch. I showed up at 902am and the session ended at 924am. I emailed Hannah, their director of administration and she did nothing to try and make the situation better besides letting me know I could schedule again and she would make sure on the next session, it wouldn't end early.
This is a great investment in my health. Emily is knowledgeable and easy to work with. The systems also make it easy to do business, schedule and interact with the team.
