Kurt is the man!
I was going here for about 6 months. I had an appointment that was at 9am until 930am. I have a Garmin GPS watch. I showed up at 902am and the session ended at 924am. I emailed Hannah, their director of administration and she did nothing to try and make the situation better besides letting me know I could schedule again and she would make sure on the next session, it wouldn't end early.
This is a great investment in my health. Emily is knowledgeable and easy to work with. The systems also make it easy to do business, schedule and interact with the team.
I've always known stretching is important and have done it myself before/after workouts but having someone stretch you without using other muscles to achieve the stretch is very relaxing. I also believe I get a deeper stretch when someone else is doing it. It feels amazing and the feeling lasts for days!
