Stretching helps me more than I thought it would.
Maria provided a great experience for my wife and I. She was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend stretch zone and Maria as your professional!
Sam at Stretch Zone is the man - he's very good at his craft and very personable. I've made some good progress already with regards to flexibility. I'm 3 sessions in and will do another 9 more. I play pickleball daily and these stretch sessions have been super helpful.
