I’ve found the assisted stretching has been very helpful after knee replacement. It feels good too. The staff at the Arvada location are friendly and do a great job. Highly recommend this studio.
Nick is very knowledgeable and has helped me with my back, neck and hip pain. He’s very in tune to which stretches seem to help me the most. Thanks Nick!
Jaylin is very good at what he does. He tells me what he is doing to stretch all the muscles.
I’ve had a great experience at StretchZone Arvada, and I have to give a special shoutout to Lindsay! She’s fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and always ensures each session is both effective and comfortable. I truly appreciate her efforts in helping me gain some much-needed flexibility.
Staff are great and very dedicated. I feel much looser after a session.
