I began twice weekly sessions in September 2025. Having complex regional pain syndrome which has limited what modalities I utilize on a routine basis, or even a return after the initial assessment. I continue with weekly stretch sessions with my 97 year old mother participating weekly as well. Her overall stability has improved dramatically. All the practitioners are very good. They tailor your sessions to your specific needs and listen to what you want. Been going for years and never disappointed.
The staff at Stretch Zone are great. They take pride in what they do and truly care for their customers. Highly recommend if you have lower back, hip, or any leg muscle tightness!
