I was dubious at first but received a free session and tried it out. I know I should be able to do many of these things but Hayden is able to target muscle groups very effectively, and with stretches I cannot do alone. Over 4 weeks 1x/week, my hips are moving in a way I've not been able to in a very long time. I would recommend inquiring about a free session if you have trouble areas you need to work through.
