Have you tried a free stretch at Stretch Zone yet? I did a couple years ago and now I go when I can. Today’s stretch was particularly super! Legs, hips, lower back, neck, and shoulders. This was exactly what I asked for with some pleasant surprises thrown in. Thanks to the team at Stretch Zone Exton for always making this guy feel welcome from the moment I walk through the door.
This is amazing place! My daughter recommended Stretch Zone and I gave it a try and have been going twice a week since my first visit. I can totally see the difference in my flexibility and just well-being. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel like you’ve been going there for years even on your first visit. No intimidation like starting a new gym or awkwardness when going for your first massage. I highly recommend.

The stretch zone is definitely worth of every penny. I had knee replacement surgery 1.6 years ago and I have flexibility problems. I have noticed a difference or improvement in the flexibility of my hip motion. Madison is the best.
