I utilize StretchU on a weekly basis with a 60 minute stretch. Brittany and her staff are outstanding and are experts in their craft. I supplement with daily stretching on my own. This consistent therapy has improved my balance, flexibility, and my golf game. I highly recommend you give them a try and invest in your well being.
The staff is friendly and professional and there's never a wait. My desk job takes a toll on me, but feel so much better after each appointment.
