Cody is the best... I appreciate all of them in the Nichols Hills location.
Stretch U Nichols Hills is a great pace to go if you are interested in adding professional stretching to your health and wellness tools. Sarah and staff are wonderful. They answer all your questions and always go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable during your session. I started going during a recovery from a lower back/ leg issue that I have and their streches have really helped me. I highly reccomend them if you are looking to be stretched by a highly trained professional staff and start feeling better!
Sarah at StretchU has been incredibly intentional and consistent in supporting my recovery over the last eight months. She pays close attention to how my body responds and adjusts each session to meet my evolving needs. Her knowledge, care, and precision have made a real difference in my mobility and overall well-being. I trust her completely with this process and cannot recommend StretchU enough.
