After long days at the office and gym after, once a week I prioritize keeping my body functioning with Luis’ therapeutic stretches and massages. Absolutely amazing and would recommend to anyone… do yourself a favor and come!

I’m feeling a lot more relieved! I had a lot of sudden body tension throughout my hips and back and it was causing a lot of discomfort. Luis was able to accommodate me as a new client the same day. Luis spent an hour working on some targeted areas that released a significant amount of my pain. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I went to Stretch to Heal because I had right hip and Luis made a noticeable difference in one session. Booked an hour but stayed two because I instantly appreciated his work. He took his time to where the restrictions were and worked the key muscles to release my hip. Some moment were intense but effective.After the session he took about 20 minutes of his time and to go to,the gym downstairs and teach me how to strengthen weak muscles that were part of the imbalance. Highly recommend him. I can´t wait until my next session.
