Poor experience. After pausing my membership due to worsening back issues, StretchLab Double Bay reactivated it without clear notice and charged $399. I cancelled immediately and provided medical evidence (including MRI results and a doctor’s certificate), but they still refused a refund. Offering credits we can’t use isn’t fair, we paid for a service that will never be delivered. Do not have the decency to even respond to my emails or reach out to contact me. Deeply disappointing and feels borderline unethical.
I purchased a StretchLab membership as a thoughtful gift for my husband, hoping it would support his chronic back pain. Sadly, his condition worsened after a few sessions, and he had to stop under medical advice. We provided multiple documents confirming this. I purchased a package of 5 sessions and I was glad I did. All staff made me feel comfortable, and Sophia is a value add to the studio. Very kind and professional, made it a beautiful experience
The staff are fantastic and friendly. I was amazed at how much further I could stretch with their help, and I felt so much better afterward. Highly recommended.
