Service was good. Valued this place because it was close by. However, disappointed that we lost of the credits and no one followed upto say they were expiring. Kinda shows it’s not about clients receiving good service. My son has a busy schedule and travels a lot, the least they could have done was provide a courtesy text about the points expiring. I would have taken advantage of the stretches. I learned about the credits being expired when we tried to schedule a session and was told if we purchase more we will get it back. ... read more
