Today, I had an amazing experience at the Stretch Recovery Lounge in Ridgewood! I worked with Lauren, and in just 25 minutes, she gave me the most incredible stretches that I already feel more flexible. She made me feel so good, both physically and mentally, and even gave me the confidence that with consistent visits, I'll be doing the splits in no time.
