For many years I have tried so many different therapists/treatments for a grumpy hip and lower back. A friend suggested I try Nat and I am so pleased I did. Nat is simply amazing. I have seen her through several phases of life - from chronic low back pain to pre and post partum - and her knowledge and expertise has guided me through to being pain-free. I felt like other physio's and therapists before only focused on stretches and Nat treats you holistically as a whole person. In addition to stretch therapy I saw Nat for scar therapy post partum and went from being in pain and quite limited in movement to feeling like myself again. I recommend Nat to anyone I can!
