Just had my first stretch with Tiffany and I came out beyond impressed. She was very thorough, giving my body a workout that I didn't even know it needed, while answering all of my questions along the way. I can't recommend her enough!
Im a pessimist. She is tiny but incredibly strong. I havent walked right since i sprained my ankle 2 years ago. I feel like a kid when i leave her. Walking great. Affordable prices. Treat your body like its the last one you have and give her a try.
Just had my first Stretch With Mom session. Tiffany was attentive, caring, and aware of my personal needs and goals. She methodically worked my entire body, pushing me right to the limits but never causing pain as she helped my muscles stretch. I left feeling limber, and my discomfort from some spasms I was experiencing was significantly less intense. I can't wait for my next stretch!
