Ivana was incredible. Explains every step and was able to help me with my recovery to a lower back injury. She was also able to help with the tightness in my upper body. After the treatment I feel more limber than I have in 20 years. Highly recommend the stretching treatment and especially Ivana.
The physiotherapists are great. A wonderful experience. I will go back asap.
I arrived at the clinic with a 4 day running migraine. Rui skillfully releasing the trigger points on my neck and shoulders and by the end of the session my migraine was arrested. I am grateful. And a great stretch for my limbs too!
Working through muscle knots and deep fascia stretching is something I couldn't achieve on my own. Laura-Lee with her ability to gently release tightness that my body was hanging on to for a long time is an incredible feeling. Thanks Laura Lee!
