Jillian has been great in helping me work on chronic back and hip pain. After two straight weekends of camping and canoeing this was exactly what I needed.
Highly recommend going to an assessment (at the least) to see if this is right for you. Have been going to Stretch Canada for several months and I cannot believe how much limber I am. Can't wait until my next session.
