Jillian and Stretch Health Canada are great! Jillian is fantastic- friendly, very skilled at her profession. I have gained flexibility and feel less tension and soreness after my workouts. Gives me hope that with SHC and Jillian support I can push back on the aging process and help maintain health and gain flexibility to assist in everyday life and athletic pursuits. Thank you Jillian!
Laura Lee is one the most talented and skilled health professionals I have ever met. She has taught me so much about stretching and how important it is to the body for health and well being. Not only is she highly skilled but she is also compassionate and empathetic and cares deeply about her clients. I look forward to seeing her every week and my body is getting into a healthier state because of her help. I even bought a stretching machine for home so I can continue my wellness journey. I HIGHLY recommend her.
Personally structured to your needs. The specialists know what they are doing. Laura Lee is amazing. After 5 weeks I have experienced improvement in my thighs and neck and shoulders. I still have a long journey, several months to work out and attend stretch sessions to regain my posture so I can then maintain my physical fitness. I am worth it!!
