My first session was a 10/10 experience across the board. My instructor was very patient with me, made me feel comfortable and walked me through every step. It was the first time in a while I was able to truly relax and release a lot of built-up tension. Immediately after my session I felt lighter, and noticed a boost in my energy and overall mindset. Next time I will be trying the 90 minute session. Definitely recommend!
