Morgan is very professional and did a wonderful job stretching all my muscles. I took the nicest nap after this great workout.

Morgan at the Freeland Stretch Center is amazing. I have tight muscles and aching joints from 20 years at a desk job and going weekly for assisted stretching has really made a difference. I am able to start getting back to a level of active I am hoping for and it has helped with the tightness and stiffness. I will keep coming for a long time because of the difference it has made.
I enjoyed working with Morgan yesterday. She gave me confidence that my current pain will improve over a period of time. She frequently asked me about the level of pain I was experiencing from the stretches. Surprisingly, I did not feel much pain. Looking forward to next visit.
