Excellent facility. These are true compassionate, skilled and focused professionals dedicated to helping on the individual level.
What a great experience! Stretch and Strength came to our firehouse and stretched out some of our firefighters. Everybody really enjoyed it and felt so much better afterwards.
Highly recommend and excellent customer service at Stretch & Strength!! I was having server pain in my lower back. Working with Kate Pherson has helped tremendously getting me back to 100% and pain free! Very knowledgeable in her work and her drive to help you get back to being yourself is unmatched, 10/10!!

I have learned more from Ronnie and Kate than I have from the myriad of physical therapists that I’ve worked with in the area over the years. I live with MS and this is one of the best things I do for my body! This is a great team with a genuine want to help.
