Dr. Rashid has provided great resources for my stress. His approach to therapy is new to me but has been so healing. I have seen great reduction in my stress and physical symptoms of anxiety. I have been much happier since seeing Dr. Rashid and look forward to monthly sessions now that I am handling my stress better. I finally found someone that truly listens, understands, and provides the help I really needed and was lacking. He makes you feel very comfortable to open up and provides examples to help you put things in s better perspective. Im finally on the path to feeling better and have the ability to move forward wuth my life in the most positive way ever. To overcome your past fears or current problems, it will take time, but Dr Rasid will definitely guide and help you in every way.
Dr. Rasid has been truly a blessing to work with! He's an amazing therapist, very patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I felt a difference after my first session! I feel like a new person already and I've only had a couple sessions so far. I'm so glad I found Dr. Rasid.
When I first starting to go to the clinic, I was very anxious and had a very depressed lookout on life. After just a few sessions, I am now about to cope with many of my problems thanks to the many techniques that that clinic has taught me. For me this has been a great experience and I am ready to handle the problems in life much better.
