I suffer form severe cervical stenosis, I was told to try physical therapy, I decided to go to Stress Free as it was close to my office. I met with Dhruti on my first day and we went over my issues and she developed a treatment plan to address them. I could not sleep through the night at this point and she assured me she could help. Marcy, Carolyn and Katie are fabulous! They all do needling which is hard to find. They take insurance and spend one on one time with you.
