I met with Dr. Jon yesterday for the InBody body scan and it was a great experience. It took about 60 seconds, didn’t involve any bloodwork, and the Jon reviewed the results immediately. I was able to ask questions and I learned a lot. It wasn’t single layer answers about just weight or just diet - Dr. Jon is coming from a wholistic approach that involves everything. The conversation naturally involved everything from parenting to gardening to community. I’m looking forward to seeing what’s next.
It's normal to struggle in many ways on most days. That makes those who are both willing & able to help & encourage me to struggle toward what's good instead of what's not beyond valuable to me. If you're struggling with food & movement or even discerning what your struggles are, Jon's both kind & competent, which is a rare combination these days. I'm nothing but glad our paths crossed. He's a GOOD guide.
I am a 40 year old male who has had a long health journey. I highly recommend Jon. I had knee problems for 4 years at which point my traditional doctor told me that I needed either surgery or injections into my knee. I couldn't run or crouch at all.
