What a relief. I have been suffering from back, hip, neck and arm pain after going through a couple surgeries and then a move to a new home. When it became unbearable I realized I needed to do something. I was referred to Strength in Movement by two separate co-workers and wow, am I glad I found them. Emily is the absolute best RMT! She took the time to ask questions to gain a great understanding of where I needed the most attention, and her approach to care is next to none making you feel very comfortable and understanding all your treatment. I left feeling better than I ever have before! Highly recommend!
Hands down the best RMT I have seen in my life. Emily is of the highest tier in her profession, cares about her patients well being, and EXCELS in their recovery. I cannot see any other RMT. If you are hurting in a specific area or in need of maintenance, there is no other place to go or person to see. Emily is way too good to have any openings, selfishly I wish I didn’t write this review, but it would be a tragedy for others who could be healed by her hands.
You won’t find a more qualified, more passionate massage therapist than this anywhere in Canada. Her knowledge far exceeds that of a typical therapist. She’s helped me through so many injuries and got me back competing in sports and doing what I love more times than I could count. Liz is the best massage therapist on earth (ya I said it).
