As a senior facing back surgery Jeffery has been instrumental in my gaining strength and endurance. He provided exercises to keep me moving and safely gaining back my full functioning life. He is supportive to realistic goals and helps you overcome the challenges of fear and anxiety. The enjoyment I experience now (two and a half years later) by being fully involved in my daily activities I owe to Jeffery.

There's a reason I'm commuting from the South Bay up to Belmont to work with Jeff! Jeff keeps his rehabbing/treatment plans straightforward and generally simple but also nerds out for those that are interested. No 10 exercise long list to treat one problem :) His own background and interests in strength sports makes it so he not only understands what the rehabbing, technique execution, and progressions but also many of the more behind the scenes psychological aspects of the process. I particularly love that Jeff can go into ... read more

When I started working with Jeff, I was in the process of recovering from a long history of chronic pain and injuries. What I needed wasn't just someone to tell me how to exercise, I needed someone who could help me shift my mindset around pain and movement. Jeff did exactly that! Through his thoughtful and empowering coaching, I learned not only how to understand my body better but also how to move without fear. He helped me reframe my relationship to my body, and through that, I regained confidence in my own strength. On t... read more

Where do I even begin? Jeff is, without a doubt, the best PT I've had the pleasure and good fortune to find. It's been a full year since I started seeing Jeff, and I've learned so much and recovered even more. Before coming to Jeff, I experienced 3 years of back pain that ranged from mild tightness to debilitating, bedridden pain. I had consulted other PTs and sports professionals who dismissed my condition, telling me it was "just how it is," or gave me cookie-cutter exercises that provided no relief. Jeff not only thorough... read more

I've been working with Dr. Jeff Wu for the past few years and consistently find his approach impressive. He asks thoughtful questions, listens patiently to all details, shares his perspective, and outlines a clear plan to address issues. After our sessions, I always have a better understanding of my body's mechanics, realistic timelines for improvement, and prevention strategies. Additionally, he has helped optimize my training program to maximize results while incorporating rehabilitation and preventative measures.
