If you are an athlete looking for a PT who actually understands the demands of strength sports or someone recovering from a body injury, look no further than Jeff. I was dealing with lingering knee pain while training for a powerlifting meet. I pushed through the meet, but when the pain continued into my off-season and started affecting my base-building, I knew I needed help. That’s when I started working with Jeff. What sets Jeff apart is his client-centered approach. He is incredibly knowledgeable and skillful, but he also... read more
Jeff is an amazing physical therapist. When I first came to him, I had been dealing with back pain from a diagnosed slipped disc in my lower back. I had already tried PT covered by insurance, but progress was slow no matter how diligent I was about the exercises. The physical therapists I saw before Jeff were transactional and overly cautious. Jeff was different. He walked me through a comprehensive plan to not only alleviate my back pain but also get me back to playing soccer. Every session, he was thoughtful about the exer... read more
worked with Jeff for 3 years and it had a profound impact on my training; by the metrics but also in what I learned about my body, training, and injury. I am stronger and healthier than I ever was, and Jeff played a huge role in that. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and was always invested in my success. He crafted personalized training plans and never hesitated to go in deep on questions about physiology, training science, or a particular injury to ensure we had the right rehab plan in place. Can’t recommend him... read more

It can be challenging as someone who enjoys powerlifting to find a physical therapy professional that understands the sport, movement mechanics, and the fact that we DON'T want to stop lifting heavy things - we just want to do it in a way that keeps us healthy and capable long term. I came to Jeff with a ~3 year chronic (what I thought was) lower back pain issue, and through working with him we figured out my issue was more with my hip and glute. I appreciated his in depth approac... read more
I cannot recommend Jeff at Strength Athlete Rehab enough. I am a multi-sport athlete who came to Jeff ~6 months ago with persisting hamstring and neck pain. In the time we've worked together, he has seen me through strongman and powerlifting meets at the local, state, and international level. Jeff is exceedingly knowledgeable, attentive, and kind; his treatment style is collaborative and adaptable. As someone who didn't want to drop everything to rehab an injury, I appreciate that Jeff sat me down to map my goals/competition... read more
