This program helped met get stronger post partum. After two c sections and having scoliosis, I really needed help getting back into my body. Beth and her team got me back to feeling like myself again!

I was basically interested in a Schroth trained therapist for my scoliosis however there were none within a 60 mile radius. Dr. Beth at Strength and Spine explained her programs and I signed up for a one on one; she sent various exercises (all tailored to my type of curves) each week and explained which muscles the exercises would be targeting. Before I joined Strength and Spine’s 1:1 program, I was caught in a loop of trying to strengthen my weak lower back on my left side. I consider myself very fortunate to have discovered Strength and Spine, LLC, while searching the web for just the type of service Beth Terranova and her team offer. I'm in my late 60s and wore a Milwaukee brace back in the day for a thoracic curvature. In my late 20s, I took a weight training course at a local YMCA, thinking that it might be beneficial for my scoliosis. Nearly 40 years later (including a few years as an amateur competitive bodybuilder and instructor), I'm still lifting. I've had many physical therapists over... read more
