This company collects rent for several rental properties, and claims that they have no business affiliation with them. When asking for phone numbers to contact your old rental people will be blatantly rude and say "we will let them know that you had called and see if they want to contact you". I have never delt with such rudeness in my life, and now I am blocked from calling even though I have only called twice to contact the rental company that they collect rent for.
Please keep in mind that they are a tax preparer service ONLY. They charge you a fee to do taxes. They will not provide ANY information on what should be done to correctly run your business or advice if you’re doing correct book keeping. They are no licensed CPA’s or even authorized on giving advise on how to save you money.
They were quick and friendly, and they have been every time I've used them.
