Had package since 19th of March, say they deliver to Deloraine daily but can not deliver for 2 weeks… who knows when they will decide to deliver
Great people great service
Despite all their hype about reliability and striving to improve they are pretty useless. I have had parcels left out in the weather despite instructions to the contrary. They received my last order on Thursday 30th Jan and when I rang on Friday 31st I was assured it would be delivered on Tuesday 4th as that was the days they go to my location. Tuesday 4th came and no delivery. Contacted them and was informed their deliveries to my area are now Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays but they were unable to provide an explanation as... read more

I picked up stuff from here. They knew what I was collecting and where it was. Thats rare in freight these days. Good job
