Despite all their hype about reliability and striving to improve they are pretty useless. I have had parcels left out in the weather despite instructions to the contrary. They received my last order on Thursday 30th Jan and when I rang on Friday 31st I was assured it would be delivered on Tuesday 4th as that was the days they go to my location. I picked up stuff from here. They knew what I was collecting and where it was. Thats rare in freight these days. Good job
My recent experience with Streeflands has been nothing short of a nightmare. The level of incompetence and disregard for customer concerns is unbelievable. Firstly, when faced with a break-in at the premises, I discovered that their property insurance conveniently excludes coverage for such incidents. It's utterly absurd that a business in this day and age would fail to take responsibility for the security of its customers. We are in a small village near Deloraine, and our delivery person Cody is the best driver we've ever had. Professional, friendly, kind to Cully, and generous in her efficiency - we want all our deliveries through Streeflands because you are not only fast, but Cody makes our day better. Thank you! Highly recommended for service, punctuality, communication and non-damaged package delivery.
