From out of town...wanted to get a massage because lots of back stiffness, sore, stressed. Been sitting way too much lately. 3D approach was awesome. Woke up feeling great the morning after this massage. Motivated to paddle boaord and hike. No stiffness. I want another one before I leave town.
SO GOOD! After being in a car accident, my lower back had spasms & standing up straight was painful. When my massage was done, I could stand up straight, sit down, and bend over without pain or tension. Stephens technique is catered to what you specifically need. Warm & inviting!
