Representative was rude, spoke over practice manager, then terminated the call. She subsequently contacted Dr Davies 5 minutes after her call with PM and threatened to report her to the Missouri BOHA for not agreeing to the ridiculous fee structure. This is simply not acceptable behavior when asking for records. Patient subsequently called and fired your firm and we were able to deal directly with patient's attorney who gladly paid our requested fees for 3 years of visit notes.
Thank you Taylor and Scott for treating me like family. The office is filled with amazing people.
