Very disappointed in their service. They charged me to correct their mistake. I've worked with them for years so I was shocked and extremely disappointed with how they treated me. I also spent multiple hours on my own trying to troubleshoot why the new remote they installed didn't work. Their response was "well you moved the receiver and that's why it doesn't work". Yes I did!!! Trying to fix it on my own!
They charged me to fix a remote that wasn't working after they had just installed it. After spending countless hours trying to fix it myself, they blamed me for the fact it didn't work. I should send them a bill for MY time!
