Bought some pedals which were faulty but Matthew made the return process painless and was extremely obliging and helpful. They sent me a replacement set and a refund for my trouble. A truly outstanding bike shop and although they are a long way from where I live I’ll be doing business with them again in the future as I’m after another bike they’ll be my first port of call. Purchased a Cervelo s3 di2 ultegra from streamline in January. I originally went to view another bike and got to talking where I discovered Matthew/Streamline had the exact bike I had been searching for! Was a pleasure to deal with Matthew who was extremely accommodating and helpful, genuinely a really nice guy and not at all pushy. Very reasonable guy and reasonably priced bikes! Any future bike I buy, streamline will be my first call!
Matt and Steamline are great to work with. This is why independent companies offer so much more than bigger companies. He couldn’t accommodate my needs anymore with sound advice and happy to answer all questions. I know if anything happens he is only phone call away. I can’t wait to reignite my cycling ♀️. I’ve bought a used bmc ultegra but it means I can start a lot earlier in the year than saving for a new one! Thanks again .
